Temporary Leave of Absence

We'll be leaving tomorrow morning for a weekend in Atlantic City. Mom will be here with the boys; dinners have been made and refrigerated, snacks stocked to the ceiling of the pantry, and fridge loaded with sodas and juice. All should be good.
When we get back, brace yourself for a photo montage of all of our current renovations. Short of my laundry room, each and every room in this house has recently received a makeover of fresh paint and updated furnishings. The tired old decor of the past six years is in storage, ready to be shipped out to Goodwill. Anyone in the market for some Americana pieces or some silk flower arrangements?
Wish us luck this weekend. If all goes well, I'll be able to pay off Christmas in one hefty payment! That? That would be fantastic! |
